By New Mexico law i am required to give guests my Broker disclosures and have the rental agreement signed. We do this through our verification portal. Please add the following language to our listings.

"Guests will receive a link to our verification portal where they will be able to agree to the terms and conditions of the rental, provide the damage deposit, and provide Identification. Guest ID must match the name on the reservation and be of the primary guest staying at the property. The verification portal must be completed within 24 hours of booking or prior to check-in whichever is sooner."
