Both bedrooms have full size beds which is a size smaller than queen. HVAC settings can't be adjusted by guests, however the building has central heat and A/C and maintains comfortable levels throughout the year. Room fans and space heaters are also provided. Note that check-in for this listing ends at 9pm CST. __ AMENITIES: Self check-in, high-speed Wifi, work desks, smart TV with Roku, fitness center, food court, paid community laundry room, and game/lounge areas. __ PARKING: Includes one free parking space in a secured garage one block away.
