SUMMARY: This Flexhome features direct access to the Fiserv Forum through an attached skywalk, making it the closest residence to the stadium. The space comfortably sleeps two with a queen bed. The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however it does not have a pull-out bed. __ AMENITIES: Shared fitness center, shared rooftop patio and lounge, private balcony, in-unit laundry, smart TV with built-in Airplay, dedicated workspace, dining/work table, self check-in, high-speed Wifi, iron, Keurig, and more __ PARKING: Includes one free parking space in a secured garage attached to the building. Access instructions will be provided prior to arrival. __ EARLY CHECK-IN: We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a 20 USD fee. All requests are subject to availability. __ DISCOUNTS: Book directly on the Flexhome website to save up to 20%. __ REQUIREMENTS: Complete ID verification, agree to House Rules, and pay 200 USD refundable security deposit. __ HOUSE RULES: 1. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses 2. No smoking (150 USD fee will be assessed) 3. Quiet time after 10pm 4.
