Enjoy our two-bedroom home in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. This spacious house includes a game area with a sleeper sectional sofa. The home is less than 15 mins from downtown Gainesville, 4 mins from Celebration Pointe, and 10 mins from the University of Florida (UF), where you can enjoy restaurants, museums, and nightlife. A two-minute drive (10 min walk) to Kanapaha Botanical Gardens which you can access all day, as long as you keep your receipt. Bedroom #1- Queen bed with 1 full bathroom inside room. Bedroom #2- Queen bed. Bathroom #2 full bathroom in hallway. Living room- sleeper sofa.
