Stay in this spacious studio which is perfectly located in the Flamingo Park/Sunshine Park neighborhood, which is only 1.5 miles from downtown West Palm Beach and 3 miles from Palm Beach Island. It is walkable to many areas such as the Norton Dining & Design District, the Warehouse District, dining such as Table 26 and Grato. The studio has a full size kitchenette, wall mounted Samsung Smart TV, newly landscaped backyard and a brand new AC unit.

Neighbourhood information

The house is located in one of the most vibrant areas in West Palm Beach. There are lots of fine restaurants and top coffee shops just 1 block away from the doorstep of the property! The neighborhood is served by the Howard Park Community Center, which provides services for the neighborhood as well as activities for other West Palm Beach residents. Flamingo Park is located conveniently close to downtown Clematis and City Place. Flamingo Park's tree-lined streets are kept up by City of West Palm Beach employees and a neighborhood resident association, which recognizes a house every month for its visual improvement. The neighborhood strives to keep up its historic roots. Easy to get around with any ride sharing platform. The neighborhood is very walk and bike friendly.
