Property overlooks Coe Creek and the Cleveland Metroparks Valley. 2 bedroom apartment comes w/ 1 covered garage parking space. 2 sleeper sofas in living room. Full kitchen w/ dishwasher and full bath. *Notice to guests with mobility issues - steps to climb involved to reach apartment.*

Property is adjacent to Cleveland Metroparks Rocky River Reservation. Fly fishing, golf, trails and activities right down the road. 13 miles from the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Museum. 12 minutes to the I-X Center. Fairview Park borders the West Park neighborhood of Cleveland and affluent western suburbs of Rocky River, North Olmsted and Westlake. 10 minute drive to Lakewood, OH. RTA public buses run on Lorain Road and can be accessed on the side walk at front of the property slightly to the west.
