Private guest house sits behind beautiful quiet house in a tree lined street in Glendale. GH has 2 XL Twin beds, table w/2 chairs, kitchenette with coffee maker, sink, microwave, ref/freezer and paper goods. Water provided in ref. Private patio has fountain, table and two easy chairs. NO SMOKING inside. If you smoke outside, please keep the door closed and pick up your cig butts. Pets allowed with prior permission. Twenty dollar pet fee to cover extra laundry. Refundable Two hundred dollar dog damage deposit required. Payable at check-in, by cash or Zelle. Will be refunded at checkout if all ok.
Friendly host available with info on local restaurants, parks, gardens, museums, Hollywood Sign, nearest In 'n Out Burger, Trader Joe's, Rose Parade, dog parks, sightseeing info on things not in the guide books. Want a great steak, Mex food, Pizza, Thai or Sushi place, Brunch? Just ask.
