Company information

C&C HomeServices began in 2002 when founder Tom Hedges agreed to help some clients manage a property. The company grew by word of mouth and Tom’s side project organically grew into a successful vacation rental company.  Tom’s partner Kelly Akin joined in 2014 and C&C HomeServices expanded over the hill into Teton Valley.  The group now manages upwards of 70 luxury homes in the area.
