Property information

Glitter and Grit is a cozy cabin set on 40 acres of open land, perfect for a quiet country escape. The cabin has a private bedroom with a queen bed and a loft with two single beds (ladder limit 200 lbs; loft requires crawling). TVs are in the bedroom, loft, and living area, and the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Guests can enjoy high-speed internet, A/C, induction stove, fridge/freezer, fire pit, horseshoes, and a roping dummy. Parking is spacious and convenient. The property is off-grid, powered by solar and well water (free bottled water provided). You’ll see horses, cows, goats, chickens, and cats around the ranch — guests are welcome to pet or feed them. We are 15 miles from Coral Pink Sand Dunes and centrally located between Zion National Park, the Grand Canyon, Lake Powell, and St. George. The nearest town is 10 minutes away with restaurants, groceries, and parks. Driving is a must in this rural area.

Neighbourhood information

We are not located in Fredonia, but 30 minutes away in Cane Beds. We are 15 minutes away from Colorado City, where there is a wonderful grocery store and a few restaurants. We are about an hour to an hour and 1/2 from Zion, Lake Powell, the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, and St George.
