Located within Goose Creek RV Park in Wilbur, WA, This home is nestled on the northeast side of the park with beautiful mature trees and landscape. Remodeled in 2023, this home has custom color interior, new windows and trim, new counter tops in kitchen and new southface cabinetry. This home was fully furnished summer of 2024. Enjoy care free cleanng with new luxury vinyl flooring in living room, kitchen, hallways and bathrooms. New tub/shower surround, lighting and celing fans throughout home make for energy effectioncy. Bedrooms have new carpeting and Master bedroom includes a walk-in closet with ensuite bathroom. New window trimmings and rods were also upgraded. Exterior of home has custom color paint as well. Water/sewer/garbage/electricity/wifi included Local transportation available to Grand Coulee Dam, Lake Roosevelt and Davenport, Moses Lake via local People for People transportation. Just 20 minutes to Grand Coulee and 30 minutes to Davenport and Banks Lake, WA. Laundromat next door Easy walking to town, restaurants and community pool/park Relax & Enjoy your country vacation within a well kept small town community !
