After hitting the slopes, you're also conveniently close to town, where restaurants and stores await! Wake up with a cup of coffee on your deck, enjoying the peaceful sounds of the birds and the beautiful woods surrounding your home away from home. Inside, you’ll find an open living space, high ceilings, and soaring floor-to-ceiling windows, bringing in lots of natural light and allowing you to enjoy the same view from the comfort of the couch. The well-stocked kitchen features all the appliances and supplies the group chef needs to make memorable feasts the whole gang can eat together at the adjacent dining table. After a day of exploration, get cozy in front of the gas fireplace and watch a little TV. When you get tired, three well-appointed bedrooms await, with the primary suite occupying the entire top floor and affording plenty of privacy. More modern essentials at this getaway include free WiFi and a washer/dryer. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Vacasa is a registered New York State sales tax vendor. And if Vacasa is the merchant of record will collect sales tax and applicable unit fees on all sales of short-term rental unit occupancy within New York State that it facilitates.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
