We are CA transplants from September of 2020. We love the area and own 100-acres in Rudy, AR with 5 cabins, 4 currently rented. We currently reside in Alma, AR.

Property information

Be our guest at the Beland Manor in the Blushing Rose Suite in this 7,000 sq ft grand colonial w/ 6 private guest suites (approximately 5,000 sq ft available to guests). The Blushing Rose is bright and tranquil with comfortable seating area and large screen tv. The home has the following shared features: stylish relaxing living room, tastefully designed gathering room & a light & fun game room w/ a pool table & lots of seating. All rooms have a smart tv & wifi access. Centrally located. The home is not a b & b but has that same cozy feel.

Centrally located. On the corner of the main street of Rogers Avenue. Restaurants right in the immediate vacinity. Right near the University of Arkansas, Fort Smith.
