We are CA transplants from September of 2020. We also have a 100-acre property in Rudy, AR with 5 cabins, 4 that are short-term rentals. We currently reside in Alma, AR.

Property information

Be our guest at the Beland Mansion in the Royal Crown Suite in this 7,000 sq ft grand colonial w/ 6 private guest suites (about 5,000 sq ft is accessible to guests). The Royal Crown (downstairs) has a stunning king size Hooker bed, large tub, & a fireplace. The home has the following shared features: stylish relaxing living room, tastefully designed gathering room & a light & fun game room w/ a pool table & lots of seating. All rooms have a smart tv & wifi access. Centrally located. The home is not a b & b but has that same cozy feel. Smoking is allowed outside, just not in the property.

Neighbourhood information

Located in the heart of Fort Smith, AR. Close to the University, shopping, restaurants, Marshall's museum and so much more. We have an off-street parking lot for you.
