Located behind the Red River Library and the Little Red School House, the Grandview Townhomes are surrounded by Red River history. Beyond the historical buildings, the valley opens up revealing breathtaking sights of the mountains. Grandview #10 is a two-bedroom townhouse that sits on the east end of town but is within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The front door opens up to a large living area with a wood-burning fireplace (wood is provided in winter) and a flat-screen Tv with a DvD/BlueRay player for your entertainment. This property has High Speed WiFi, making it a great choice if you need to work remotely! Also on the first floor is a lovely dining area with a full-sized, fully equipped kitchen as well as a ½ bath with a washer and dryer. Two bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. The master bedroom has a king bed with a wonderful view of the mountains from a private balcony. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed. There is a full bathroom (tub/shower) in the hallway and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Other features include a front porch with seating, and a gas grill. There are 2 parking spaces right in front of this unit making unloading a breeze! No trailer parking.
