This quaint, 3/2 w/1-car garage has a totally fresh look and open concept living space. Newly renovated, just minutes from local wineries, diverse dining, shopping and really cool, live band night spots! Large, cedar fenced back yard (with gas grill) providing peace and serenity. Just down street from Hotel Vin. A few miles from DFW Airpt, and 2 minutes from Gaylord Texan & Great Wolf Lodge waterpark and hotel complexes. We have Ring cameras at entrances. This crisp, clean & comfy home is a must stay for your visit.

Quiet, peaceful and safe neighborhood, yet, less than 1mile to major highways, resorts and 1/2 mile to Grapevine’s Historic Main St., District You have your own offstreet parking with garage and driveway to park two cars. Plenty of safe, on street parking if needed
