Company information

We are a timeshare resort. Our Owners actually own a deeded week in a specific unit. We also host guests from exchange organizations like RCI and Interval Intl. Our units are fully equipped including an in unit washer and dryer for your convenience. We have a resort pool for your enjoyment, and we are close to golf courses, Activity center, lakes, wineries, and other local attractions.

As soon as you turn into Greens One, the beauty and tranquility begin to relax you, and you know this is going to be a great vacation! All 39 units are laid out nearly identical with a King in the Master and two Twins in the Guest room that can be made into a King for two couples. The area is known for its 7 lakes, 7 golf courses, miles of bike trails, and its history. Excursions to local wineries, eclectic and artsy Eureka Springs, civil war battle fields, Daisy BB Gun Museum, Walton's Museum, Cooper Cathedral, Crystal Bridges, and many other local places can fill your days. Relax and rent a boat, ride bikes on the trails or bike paths that run for miles, or stay home and sun by the pool. There are so many choices you might not fit them into one week. There is always something to do in the Northwest Arkansas area. Come stay with us and enjoy!
