This is a newly renovated guest suite with a fully functional kitchenette, a bedroom, a loft, two flat screen TVs and a private bath. Easy access to downtown Castle Rock, hiking and biking trails, family parks and the Outlet Mall for shopping. This guest suite is accessible via a shared entrance.
