This oceanfront duplex boasts five beautifully appointed bedrooms, two levels of deck space, and an enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off after beach day activities. This property also includes a seasonal community pool available to guests. After a long day of being on the water, what better place to unwind than on one of the two decks overlooking the ocean. The first level is home to three of the bedrooms, a laundry room with a washer/dryer, and a deck with ocean views. The second level boasts the stylish living and dining areas, the kitchen, and a bedroom. The living area provides an attractive yet relaxed space to relax on a comfy sofa. This room opens onto a deck with vast views of the ocean. It's a perfect place to begin and end the day. The kitchen cabinets are a beautiful wood and the countertops are pristine granite. The large square table has seating for eight with additional seating at the bar. The remarkable kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances including a full size refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave and four-burner range, and oven. It has everything you may need to cook and enjoy the day's catch. Also included in the kitchen is a coffee maker, a toaster, plates, glasses and utensils. THINGS TO KNOW The shared pool is typically open from May through September 30th. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.
