This bright and spacious home comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests, featuring 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Enjoy relaxing in the large saltwater hot tub, or take advantage of the 50-foot deep-water dock, perfect for boating, fishing, or crabbing enthusiasts. The property also includes deeded ocean access just across Long Beach Blvd. at lane #133, with a lifeguard conveniently nearby. Unwind after a day at the beach while watching boats drift by and soaking in spectacular sunsets. The home provides a serene and inviting setting, ideal for quality time with family and friends. Also included is an on-demand hot water system, ensuring endless warm and comfortable showers for everyone! Please Note: Tenant must sign both the lease and accompanying addendum, which must be attached to the lease. 10 seasonal beach badges are included. A replacement fee (equal to the in-season purchase price of a badge plus a service charge) will apply for any missing badges upon checkout.
