Halpern House The Halpern House is a lovely, 3BD/2.5BA, Pet Friendly (limit 1 Pet Only), Ocean view home in a private neighborhood in Seal Rock with amazing views of the Pacific Ocean from the living and dining areas, and from the back deck which runs the width of the house. The home is built in "reverse living style", to maximize the amazing view! All the bedrooms are on the main level, and the main living areas are upstairs. Vaulted ceilings and many windows add to tons of light! This home is wonderful for a larger family or several couples, or retreats. Kitchen is great for entertaining, and is open to living room & dining area. Downstairs master has a shower in master bath. The two guests bedrooms have a full bathroom to share. Home has a path that leads to a fantastic beach! You'll enjoy the beautiful beach, and shorebirds, and can even walk to Seal Rock when tide is out! A credit card will need to be updated and provided to the property shortly after the booking is confirmed to be on file for all incidentals. Property check-in details will not be released until this has been completed.
