Entire HOUSE (Basement Excluded), 4 bedrooms, kitchen, 3 bathrooms, Office, 1 extra floor mattress, etc. Ideal for group travelers, couples or single guest. Have a quick bus ride from/to New Carrollton Metro MARC train and Orange line. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. 5 minutes driving to route 50 and 495 beltway. Quick 23 min driving to Downtown, DC, main attractions: White House, Nat. Mall & all museums. 11 minutes driving to University of Maryland & FedExField. Free parking.
I'm an IT Engineer and I'm a lovely and friendly person, I love cooking, cleaning . I respect people and love to be respect as well. you will never regret for staying in my house. You can call or text or message me on Airbnb anytime, I live 1hr 30min from the house but I will do my best to assist you as needed.
Very quiet and respectful neighborhood . buses stop 2 min walking from my house, Metro station 4 min driving from my house (New Carrollton Metro Station) and 10 min by bus. Take metro to downtown Washington DC. 15 to 20 Minutes driving to downtown Washington DC , White House ... 14 minute driving to NASA. Close to shopping center and restaurant :Walmart , shoppers , IHOP, chipotle and much more ...
