Nestled in a quiet neighborhood that is peaceful, yet close to everything. Just 40 min. from Tampa and less than 1 hour from Orlando. 20 min. from Lego Land. Older homes, quiet, residential. Very bikeable. Walking distance to beautiful parks, bike ride distance to beautiful lakes. Walking distance to golf course. Minutes from downtown. Grocery stores just a few miles away. Gas station in the corner. There is a carport so your car can be protected from the rain and sun. Close to major highways, sidewalks for walking, bike trails around lakes.
