Happy Days at Two Oaks is a mid century modern bungalow located just one mile from beautiful lake Hollingsworth and walking distance to the beautiful Cleveland Heights golf course and nearby parks include Handley Park, Dobbins Park and Veterans Park. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood that is peaceful, yet close to everything. Just 40 min. from Tampa and less than 1 hour from Orlando. 20 min. from Lego Land. Less than 5 min. from downtown Lakeland. 45 min from the Raymond James Stadium.
I can be reached for emergencies. The home will have a manual where FAQ's will be available.
Older homes, quiet, residential. Very bikable. Walking distance to beautiful parks, bike ride distance to beautiful lakes. Walking distance to golf course. Minutes from downtown. Grocery stores just a few miles away. Gas station in the corner. Close to major highways, sidewalks for walking, bike trails around lakes.
