Spacious 4-bedroom condo with space for your boat or to relax on Lake Conroe. Located in Walden, this two-level condo is a dream. The condo is on the third floor. There are 2 bedrooms on one floor and 2 bedrooms up the spiral staircase. These include 1 king bed and 4 queen beds. The 3 bathrooms are equipped with all the essentials, including a hair dryer. An additional loft space with a futon provides a cozy spot to unwind or additional sleeping space. The condo has waterfront views with space to tie your boat or swim just outside. Other nearby amenities include many restaurants, multiple golf courses, a swimming pool, and the Margaritaville resort all within a 10-minute drive. Enjoy the enchanting atmosphere of our Happy Place during your stay. We hope you enjoy what Happy Place and Lake Conroe has to offer.
The condo complex has a pool, BBQ area, a running stream in the courtyard, and areas to tie your boat/jet ski. Guests are free to use the amenities but please be mindful of the residents and other guests. There are also multiple walking/running trails in the Walden neighborhood. The Yacht Club and Breakwater Grill are just down the street for dining out options close by and a bait shop/store and coffee shop are at the marina as well.
