This level of privacy and seclusion is not commonly associated with beachfront property, making it the perfect place to experience the romance, magic, and the unique energy of the ocean without the crowds. It is just a short ride to great restaurants in Dana Point and San Clemente as it is between these two seaside communities where you will find lots of restaurants and shopping. It is 30 minutes from the airport and two minutes to the train station. Learning experiences abound at nearby San Juan Capistrano Mission or Dana Point Harbor Ocean Institute. Proximity to famous theme parks such as Disneyland, Knottsberry Farms, SeaWorld, and the San Diego Zoo make it easy to create a memorable day’s adventure. This lower-level home of a duplex has an open relaxed feeling starting with an ocean view great room with floor-to-ceiling windows with sweeping ocean views and the nicely furnished deck. Relax on the beautiful redwood deck or on a lounge chair in the sand and watch birds and dolphins play as you sunbathe, read, catch up with one another, have a barbecue, take in a sunset, or watch the brilliant starlit skies. Swim, surf, or paddleboard, take a walk, bicycle on an ocean path to Dana Point Pier, run down the beach, kayak, go boating, or play golf at a nearby course. Lots of comfortable cluster seating make this a great place to relax, reconnect, and recharge with one another or watch the large TV. A ceiling fan keeps you comfortable at all times. A roomy ocean-view dining area is right next to the modern, well-equipped ocean-view kitchen, which has everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, WIFI, and cable. There is also driveway parking for added convenience. THINGS TO KNOW Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning. This home utilizes decibel-level monitors.
