Enjoy this cozy contemporary cottage located right off Main Street. 5 minute walk to downtown Brevard and all it has to offer: local shops, galleries, hometown restaurants, breweries, and cafes. Brevard College is directly across the street, ideal for those looking to attend athletic/cultural events, tour campus or to visit their favorite student. Easy driving access to vast outdoor adventures. Perfect for a mountain getaway in one of America's Coolest Small Towns!
Host will not be available in person, but is available via the messaging at any time.
Directly across the street from Brevard College, this cottage is right in the middle of the quaint, yet bustling down town area. Onsite parking provided at no cost (home driveway). Two medium-sized SUVs can fit in the driveway, one in front of the other. One Large truck and one smaller vehicle would also be able to fit in the driveway.
