Altitude Adjustment is our name for this beautiful condo located directly atop Sugar Mountain in the SugarTop Resort complex at 5200 feet. This is a newly renovated, top floor unit with astounding views of Sugar, Beech, and Grandfather mountains. Walking distance to Sugar Ski Resort for mountain biking in the summer or skiing in the winter (both with lifts). The adorable communities of Banner Elk (5 min) and Beech Mountain (20 min) are minutes away. Loads of one-of-a-kind restaurants to choose from with activities for everyone.
