I live in Salt Lake City and have vacation homes across the mountain west and California. Hosting is not a job, it is a passion. I truly love all my homes and the sights they're close to, from the Zion slot canyons to the Vegas desert and the beaches of San Diego north county. I hope you enjoy them too! I’m almost always available via phone or text if you need anything. For emergencies, my co-host and property manager can be reached.

Property information

Incredible retreat for friends and families. Huge open floor plan with 30' cathedral ceilings and gas fireplaces. Natural light everywhere! Amazing pool, heated with waterfall and spa. Patio dining, outdoor kitchen, ping pong, pergola and fire pit. 75” TV with free streaming. 15 minutes to the Strip, 25 minutes to Red Rocks, Hoover Dam. Close to supermarkets and eateries. Walk or bike to trails!

Neighbourhood information

Southwest Henderson is the best of Vegas, without actually being Vegas. You’ll be surrounded by immaculate Spanish tile villas and mature palm trees. This home is right next to a park at the end of a cul-de-sac. It’s at the foot of the Anthem East trail system, with incredible views of the city. The neighborhood is generally very quiet and safe, but guests are advised to please not leave valuables in their cars on the street or in the driveway. Our neighbors are sensitive to noise. We ask that you be respectful and quiet especially outside -- no outdoor music, keep noise under 70 Db in the daytime and under 60 Db during quiet hours. We recommend turning on the waterfall pool if back-yard ambient noise is desired. Thanks! By car or ride share. The home is about 10 minutes from the airport.
