This is a single-level property (2 bed/1bath) with full and private access to the apartment unit. Covered parking for one vehicle is included on the premises with space for an additional vehicle. Located in historic Druid Hills, it has easy access to downtown Hendersonville (approximately 1 mile to Main street) and other great restaurants and parks. Looking from the windows, you'll often spot one of the neighborhood's playful white squirrels. Great place for a stay of any length. Note that it is a triplex and there are shared walls.
I feel fortunate to call Hendersonville home. It is a magical, charming place and I'm excited for you to experience it. Originally from upstate SC, this area of the southeast has much to offer - beautiful places and great people. I hope that you find the same as you spend your time here. Food is my love language. If you need a local restaurant suggestion, don't hesitate to ask!
1.2 miles to downtown Hendersonville. 30 mins to downtown Asheville 26 mins to Blue Ridge Parkway 52 mins to downtown Greenville 31 mins to Biltmore Estate There are so many beautiful places to explore locally. No shortage of parks (Patton, Jackson, Rhododendron Lake, Jump Off Rock) near to this location. Walking distance to Joey’s Bagels. Easy bike ride to downtown (although I do recommend a car as there is no designated bike lane). Truly this is a great spot to sit back, relax and enjoy the neighborhood. Or serves as a wonderful base camp for all of your western NC adventures.
