Welcome to Blue Basecamp Cabin! You may recognize our cabin from HGTV's House Hunters! Check out the episode to see our cabin search & renovation...On YouTube:: "HGTV: House Hunters Cozy Cabin in CA" The cabin is located in the a prime location, walking distance to stores, restaurants, and just 1/4 mile to the lake. Shaver Lake is the perfect place to vacation. The climate is ideal with cool summers and mild winters. The list of activities is long and includes, hiking, fishing, ski.

Neighbourhood information

During the weekdays, you may not see anyone else in the area...unless you walk to town. The East Village has cabins well spaced out and the roads very well maintained, especially during the snowy season. We also have a 'snowplow-man' so the drive way is clear for entry during our snowy season.
