Relax in this quaint gem that has been built with privacy, enjoyment and relaxation in mind. Nestled in the quiet neighborhood of Encino, enjoy a lovely stroll to Lake Balboa Park. Conveniently located off 101/405 fwy. Steps away from Lake Balboa Park & Ventura Blvd, Universal Studios, Melrose, Malibu/Sta Monica beach, 6 Flags, Hollywood. Head to the beach, hiking trails, and famous LA attractions or simply just enjoy the perfect weather. Only 20 miles from LAX. Tour LA with convenience!
