I moved to Gainesville in 2006 to become a gator grad and ended up staying because I fell in love with the city and all it has to offer. I am an avid traveler and enjoy going on outdoor adventures. I'm also a fitness junkie and a huge foodie who loves to try new things! I am a passionate entrepreneur who owns a personal training business in town called Swamp Fitness. I am also a Realtor and real estate investor. I thrive on having a positive impact on the lives of others. I love this saying: "Progress not perfection". Welcome to the Hidden Retreat! This home has an open concept offering an intimate and cozy getaway in a quiet neighborhood. The house features a farmhouse dining room experience with dimmable lighting, a 55 inch 4k smart tv for the living and dining room, a 32” smart tv in the master bedroom, fast internet speed, a laundry room, a charcoal grill, a screened-in patio, along with privacy fencing in the backyard. Located just 12 minutes from UF or Downtown Gainesville, and about 30 minutes to the Springs. I want you to have an amazing stay and enjoy my home, but I do have a few rules! FIRST, THE DEAL-BREAKERS (you could lose your deposit) – Quiet hours are between 11pm and 7am. Our home is in a quiet neighborhood and we love our neighbors. Please respect our neighbors by adhering to our quiet hours. – Absolutely NO smoking in or near the house – Absolutely NO illegal drugs of any kind – Absolutely NO unregistered guests without prior approval – All overnight guests must be approved in advance through the booking process and are subject to an additional fee – Any significant damage or by not following these rules will result in the loss of your deposit
