Welcome to this affordable and comfortable 2 Bedroom 1 bath with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay. This is one side of a duplex. Both sides are rented as an Airbnb. It's located on the west side of Longview, still close enough to get around to all your favorite spots quickly. You are only: - 4 minutes from Chick Fil-A - 6 minutes from Walmart - 10 minutes from Downtown Longview - 15 Minutes from Target - 20 minutes from East Texas Regional Airport I give permission to SafelyStay, Inc., to screen my identity, and check criminal databases in order to confirm my reservation. Neighbourhood information

Quiet neighborhood. Our goal is to provide places for all to stay at a reasonable price. This is an older urban neighborhood of Longview that is considered low income. Please search it on maps and use street view prior to booking. The address is 515 Fairway Drive, Longview, TX. Also, this is one side of a duplex and the other side rents as an Airbnb as well.
