New, four bedroom, four and one half bath, family friendly custom home in midtown Memphis. This home is three doors down from our sister property, Higbee House. This home has 4 king size beds and 3 en suite baths with an additional shared full bath upstairs and a downstairs half bath. There are two bedrooms downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. This house is tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture and unique art.
Stewart is the builder and manager of the home and his wife Carol did the interior design and acquisition. They live just a few minutes away.
The Jolly Roger is in a quiet historic neighborhood. There is a small park directly across the street. There are many restaurants, coffee shops and pubs within walking distance or a very short drive.
