Our townhome is located in one of the best locations in Reno, with very close proximity to Midtown and Downtown. This is a walker's paradise and daily errands will not require a car. Despite being so close to an urban area, the unit remains very quiet and peaceful, offering a sense of privacy. • Outstanding location two blocks from the restaurants & shops of Midtown • Luxurious King beds in each bedroom • Roomy and modern ensuite bathrooms • Extremely fast WiFi and dedicated work desk • Private backyard patio with lounge bench • Electric Fireplace and 50" Smart TV w/ Netflix & Hulu • Fully stocked kitchen, including complimentary coffee & tea • Free Parking up to 4 vehicles

Neighbourhood information

MidTown District is Reno's most lively, unique area. You'll be within walking distance to many of the attractions that Reno has to offer, with everything else just a short drive away. Overall, the street where the townhome is located is very quiet and peaceful, with limited foot traffic. It is also relatively safe with a school and parks nearby. The neighborhood is a mix of newer homes and more historic Reno homes. From our home, you'll be about 10 minutes from University of Reno, less than 5 from downtown/midtown, and only about 45 minutes away from Lake Tahoe and Skiing. We're also a short 8 minute drive away from the airport.
