Sunny, spacious, exceptionally-located James Island house with great outdoor living space and boutique amenities. The house is a few minutes from Downtown and less than 10 minutes from Folly Beach, with all the amenities of high-end boutique hotels but with much more space. Newly renovated bathrooms, TWO living rooms with large flatscreen TVs and a Sonos wireless soundsystem all contribute to a luxury experience, perfect for small groups and families. This quiet and peaceful house with a massive yard and palapa is great for families wanting to experience both Charleston's great Downtown area and beachfront-- it's perfectly situated right between the two. Guests have access to the entire home, Spacious backyard with great outdoor living space, and off street parking for 4-5 vehicles. The host is available for any issues or questions you may have during your stay. You will receive a digital guidebook link with info about the area, restaurant recommendations, and activities.
I have lived in Charleston for 8 years. I enjoy being on the water, snow skiing, live music, meeting new people, and exploring the outdoors. Traveling through South America and Southeast Asia I developed a curiosity for experiencing new cultures and people. I am happy to have my roots in Charleston, with it's beautiful beaches, eminence history, and vast inland waterways.
