Homes with History Rentals manages properties that are historic or have some type of history. The Properties are not cookie cutter properties and have their own character. We have modernized the properties but have kept some of the properties character intact. These are properties that can tell their own story and have been around since the arly 1900's. The Souderton property has outside restoration going on now that will continue for a few months but all the interiors have been renovated and ar ready for guests.

Property information

This is a 2 level townhome style unit on the second and third floors of this historic building. Located in the Historic District of Souderton. Each level has its own full bathroom. There is one king size bed, one full size bed and one twin bed that is an Intex air mattress. There is parking for 2 cars. The property is located within a short (walking) distance to movie theater, restaurants, local park and pool and also short drive to major shopping centers and major routes like 309, and PA turnpike. Located 50 minutes from Philadelphia, 30 minutes to Allentown and 20 minutes to historic Bethlehem, An hour to the Pocono mountains and more.

The historic district of Souderton has a movie theater with craft brewery, theater, restaurants, art events on first Fridays of the month during summer and spring and fall seasons, ice cream and water ice places, convenience store, old fashioned in town diner, local park and local pool.
