Be prepared to fall in love with this amazing historic home- located in the original downtown Brownsburg- walking distance to restaurants, shops, parks, etc. Short drive to the INDY 500 track, Eagle Creek Park, Downtown Indy, the Indianapolis ZOO and numerous museums and tons of other area attractions! LARGE backyard to enjoy along with a screened in side porch and a back brick patio! SPACIOUS rooms! Fully stocked!
My wife, Jennifer, and I decided to purchase this beautiful historic property in Downtown Brownsburg in an effort to continue the previous owners traditions of preservation vs updating. I am a historic homes enthusiast and have owned 3 previous historic homes- and I love the stories of each of them. This particular home was built and owned for one of Brownsburg's most prolific librarians, and her husbad.
HUGE walkability factor to parks, restaurants, bars, coffee shops- and even more are just a short drive away!
