I am Ashley Akhtar. I along with my husband Kamal, our daughter Vienna, and son Arsalaan reside in St. Peters, a suburb of St Louis, MO. We both work in healthcare.

Property information

This is a historic 129 years old house located across historic Saint Agatha church in Soulard. It is walking distance to Anheuser Busch brewery as well as close to Busch Stadium, Soulard Farmers market, Ballpark Village, Arch and other attractions. Free street parking is always available right in front of the house, HUGE plus in Soulard. This house is located close to I-55 so its easy to get around but does create some city noise inside the house. We do provide a sound machine in each bedroom. This building has 2 units. Each unit has separate main entrance and back door with a common fenced backyard. Each unit has two full bedrooms with queen beds, one full bathroom, one half bathroom, living room with pullout sofa, dinning room with high chair for kids, fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher, and a washer and dryer. Entire building can comfortably accommodate 10 people when occupying both units. Parking: Its free parking on the street right in front of the house. Though its street parking but its always available. There are no neighbors on one side of the house as well as across the street so always plenty of space available.

Located in Historic French District of Soulard near Anheuser Busch Brewery. Short driving distance to Busch Stadium, Gateway Arch, Enterprise Center where the St. Louis Blues play, The Dome at America's Center, Union Station, Downtown St. Louis, Lemp Mansion. Many great restaurants in Soulard to enjoy. Enjoy the unique Soulard Farmers Market on Wednesdays through Saturdays and enjoy a tamale and Bloody Mary while you shop. Some of the attractions close to our house: -Downtown/The Arch: 4 miles (9 mins drive) -Busch Stadium: 2.8 miles (6 mins drive) -Soulard Farmer’s Market: 2.3 miles (5 mins drive) -Ballpark Village: 3.3 miles (7 mins drive) -Scottrade Center/Enterprise Center: 2.7 miles (7mins drive) -Forest Park/Zoo/Museums: 7.5 miles (14 mins drive) -Botanical Gardens: 4.5 miles (7 mins drive) -City Museum: 3.3 miles (10 mins drive) -Fabulous Fox Theater: 4.6 miles (10 mins drive) -The Magic House: 14 miles (17 mins drive)
