Our house is nestled in the historic Wayne Street neighborhood, 1.6 miles to Notre Dame Campus. It is only minutes from (1.5 miles) Eddy Street Commons, (0.8 miles) Potawatomi Zoo, (5.3 miles) South Bend International Airport and (1.3 miles) downtown South Bend. It is in a prime location for a football weekends, family trips to South Bend, and more. It features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a galley style kitchen, and partially finished basement along with multiple living and sitting areas.
My mother started renting the home some years back. She has since passed, but our family continues to maintain this home in her honor and as a family refuge in South Bend, which plays a very significant role in the history of our family.
