This home features a great room concept with an open floor plan, 16 ft. ceilings, and great separation of bedrooms with the Primary suite and attached 1 bath Casita on the opposite side of the guest bedrooms. It has 4 bdrms and 4.5 bathrooms (including the attached Casita) and nearly 3,300 Sq Ft of living space. Enjoy incredible views from the primary bedroom, formal dining room and gourmet kitchen plus the fabulous private pool and spa. Per local ordinance, all guests are presented local Good Neighbor Policies to abide by during their stay. A copy of these policies will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation.
