Welcome to Hodges Hill Hideout, a private and quiet multi-family mountain escape! The property includes 3 separate buildings and can accommodate up to 14 people. Great location leaves you less than 5 minutes to downtown Oakhurst, 15 miles to Yosemite's southern entrance, and 7 miles to Bass Lake. Take advantage of all the area has to offer while coming back to your own private retreat to relax. Some great features of this property include: - In-ground pool (pool is approximately 200 sq ft. and is 4 feet deep) - New hot tub - Detached game room - Pet Friendly (2 pets maximum please) - Propane firepit and BBQ - 2 kitchens Bedding/Bath Configuration is as follows: Main House Bedroom #1- King Bed with rollaway Twin and en suite bathroom Bedroom #2- Queen Bed w/ en suite half bathroom (shower and sink only) Bedroom #3- Bunk Bed with Twin over Full,* rollaway Twin, and trundle Twin There is another full bathroom in a common area of the home. *Please note that due to California Worker's Compensation limitations, the top bunk will not be made by housekeeping, but fresh bedding is absolutely provided for it! Guest House Queen Bed with small loft (great for kids) that has a Full mattress and Twin mattress. There is a full bathroom in the Guest House. The main house has mini split AC and heating units in each bedroom and the living room. The guest house is cooled by a window AC unit and fans, with a portable AC unit in the loft, and heated with a propane fireplace and space heater.
