Relax at this peaceful 3BR farmhouse retreat on the 2nd floor of a classic 3-story home in Pembroke, NH. Your friendly host (Grammy D!) lives downstairs and is happy to offer local tips. Just 10 mins to Concord, 25 to Manchester, and 1 hour to Boston. Enjoy nearby river access, Pembroke Pines Golf Course, and easy drives to the Lakes Region, beaches, and White Mountains. Great for leaf peepers, event guests, or a cozy getaway.
We’re Kyle and Tracy—lifelong New Englanders who love sharing the charm of our farmhouse property. When we’re not hosting, you’ll find us enjoying family time, working on home projects, or exploring all that New Hampshire has to offer. While we don’t live on-site, Kyle’s mom (aka “Grammy D”) lives downstairs and is happy to offer a warm welcome or help if you need anything during your stay.
