This home is located minutes from interstate 81, RT9 and the upcoming downtown Martinsburg making this home perfect for business trips. Conveniently located 15 minutes from Shepherdstown and Charles Town Race Track. Historic Harpers Ferry is just a quick 20 minute Drive. Located in a quiet neighborhood, you can relax and spend time grilling on the back patio overlooking the Charlotte Prather Park Baseball fields.
I am a local and grew up in Berkeley County. I currently love to farm, hike, and be outside with my animals. I recently moved back from California because I missed being home after 10 years.
