Just 2 miles From Old Town Scottsdale, is our resort-like property with everything that you need! We are a 4 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom single family home with a pool, hot tub, putting green, corn hole, pool table, foosball, BBQ, and fruit trees. We have a pool fence for child safety. 7 Beds with a breakdown of 2 kings, 3 queens, and 2 twins. We offer an EV charger at no added cost, 2 pack n plays, high chair, ironing board, iron. We are a great value for this location and amenities.
Husband and wife duo that loves to travel and make new memories.
The house is in downtown Scottsdale, and is close to the best restaurants and nightlife Scottsdale has to offer. It's also close to hiking and biking trails. We are just 2 miles from Bottled Blonde and Scottsdale Stadium (where the Giants MLB Spring Training Stadium is located). We are also just 3 miles from Talking Stick Resort and Casino and Salt River Fields. Our neighbors are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-7am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood. We enjoy that our home is easily accessible with Ubers or Lyfts for those who do not rent a car or drive in for their vacation! Or, download the Waymo app and take a driverless vehicle and enjoy the privacy of a ride without a stranger in the car. Old Town Scottsdale also offers golf cart rides, Scooters, champagne trains, and Party Tractors!
