West Virginia native Lucas Tatham and New Orleans native Trellis Smith redeveloped and restored this historic property dating back to the 1930s.

Property information

Comfort on a budget can be found at Homestead Inn, located 12 miles outside of Morgantown in the town of Reedsville. Our three immaculate guest suites are newly renovated and comfortably furnished with fully-equipped kitchens, laundry, private baths and private parking. Be sure to visit our gift and coffee shop at Modern Homestead for unique gifts and delicious house made pastries and handcrafted drinks.
