No refunds shall be provided if you cannot access the home due to winter weather. • Noise Ordinance: Hoot On The Hill is located in a mountain neighborhood, there is an outside noise ordinance in place after 10:00 PM. We appreciate your cooperation. Guests are required to sign and abide by the Vacation Rental Agreement provided upon booking. A signed agreement is required within 24 hours of making your reservation, or, if your stay is within 24 hours, within one hour of making your reservation. Please check your email or call your host Carolina Mornings Luxury Vacation Rentals if not received after booking. Failure to complete the Vacation Rental Agreement will result in your reservation being canceled and/or you will not be allowed access to the rental property.
