Company information

Sherri Fickel and Kevin Kraditor enjoy sharing their home and seeing that their guests feel pampered. They can provide local maps, make reservations for meals or activities, and provide information and advice on the area. Some of Kevin and Sherri’s favorite activities include hiking, beer and wine tasting, cooking, gardening and good conversation.

Property information

Not only a B&B, but add another B for Brewery, which is on site in the cellar (it closes early to make sure everyone gets a peaceful night's sleep). Every room also has its own porch, and most have fireplaces, too. Our rooms are decorated in a clean and uncluttered manner and are spotless, but also include luxuries like plush towels, fine linens, comfy, firm beds, free wifi, rainfall shower heads, and a fabulous breakfast. We know most of the trails in Shenandoah National Park, and can loan you maps and make suggestions for hikes, but also recommend wineries, breweries, distilleries, nearby art galleries, shops and restaurants. Stay here, walk to everything. Sherri and Kevin renovated this 200-year-old former hotel in 2004 and opened the B&B in 2005. Located in the heart of Sperryville, we have seen more and more businesses and activities open up within walking distance. In 2014, a small batch brewery was added in the cellar of the B&B, and a great, shady beer garden came next. We are happy to accommodate children and pets in the Garden Cottage, but not the other guest rooms; extra fees apply.

Neighbourhood information

We are on Main Street in small, quaint Sperryville, VA, right next to Shenandoah National Park. From here, you can walk to two breweries (one is on site in our cellar), a distillery, art galleries, antique stores. other shops, restaurants, a couple of bars and even a golf course. Wineries surround us. The three Michelin star Inn at Little Washington is just 10 minutes away.
