*NEW* Sleeps 26! 100 steps from the main pedestrian beach, 1/2 block from the jetty, and 1 block from the splash pad. Safe, large, shaded outdoor area with a hot tub, cool breeze, and outdoor seating for 32. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for your large group. In-room jacuzzi suite. Large outdoor fenced-in area perfect for kids, and child safety gates on all stairwells. Enjoy moonrise with beach views from the deck, and watch huge ships come in from comfy chairs around the fire pit. Hot tub!

Best location in Surfside! 30 second walk (100 steps) to the spacious and safe pedestrian beach, and half a block to the famous Jetty Park! 1 block from the splash pad.
