Freshly renovated loft in Downtown Nederland. Walk to all the amazing restaurants and unique shopping that Ned has to offer. A quick 10 minute drive will have you shredding the slopes of Eldora! The gateway to amazing hiking and sightseeing in the summer months. If you prefer to take it easy stay back home and play some board games, watch a cinema quality movie or kick back and listen to some old school records. Relaxing in the hot tub/sauna after a long day of fun activities are also options!
Parking is available at the bottom of the unit off Peak to Peak Highway and also at the top off of Pine street. Walk to all the bars, restaurants, coffee shops that the town has to offer in 5 minutes! Eldora Ski resort is a 10 minute drive.

Nederland is a quant little town nestled in the mountains of Colorado. Amazing restaurants, coffee shops and breweries are just a 5 minute walk away. Eldora ski resort and some of the best hiking in the world are just 10 minutes away. Boulder is 25 minutes down the stunning canyon and Denver is 1 hour drive.
